Reproduction Rights: Up to 5,000 units/copies can be made for sale or giveaway.
Broadcast Rights (Licensed Market Area): Local (300 mile radius from your location), Radio and TV airways.
WORLDWIDE UNLIMITED LICENSE (OPT2)
Reproduction Rights: Unlimited units/copies can be made for sale or giveaway.
Broadcast Rights (Licensed Market Area): Throughout the World, Radio and TV airways.
INTERNET VIDEO/PRESENTATION ONLY LICENSE (OPT3)
Reproduction Rights: NONE.
Broadcast Rights (Licensed Market Area): NONE on Radio and TV airways.

- Corporate & Trade Shows: "Non-general public" (Licensee's personnel, job seekers and onsite guests) business related viewing. General Public viewing of displays is permitted at trade shows.
- Radio Broadcast: Radio broadcasting within the Licensed Market Area.
- TV Commercials & Promos: Broadcast on television within the Licensed Market Area.
- Television Show: Broadcast on television within the Licensed Market Area (300 mile radius to world wide). "Cue Sheet" required within thirty (30) days of the first airing. Cue Sheets may be submitted via email.
- Internet: Place your creations on any web site, including YouTube, MySpace, MetaCafe, Yahoo Video or other similar venue (free public viewing).
- Music-On-Hold: From and for the address shown in Licensee's paid invoice ONLY.
- Project Films, Student Films & Shorts: Films shown at Film Festivals, or any other "Film" that is NOT a Major Motion Picture (see also #5 Internet).
- Products for Sale or Giveaway Reproduction Rights: Software or hardware products may be reproduced up to 5,000 units and made available for sale or giveaway (options aavailable for units greater than 5,000).
