Applicable to Radio and Television broadcasts. Licensee may broadcast productions containing the music within the Licensed Market Area licensed in this Music License Agreement. For local broadcast (included in standard Music License), the center of referenced radius is Licensee's business address as it appears on Licensee's paid invoice.
